đź”’ Price Locking Draft Orders

Draft orders are a Shopify staple for both D2C and B2B, but most merchants don’t realize they can lock product prices.

When a price is locked, it won’t change even if you update the product price in Shopify Admin. This helps you avoid pricing inconsistencies, especially when quoting wholesale customers.

By default, pricing is unlocked, but turning on a price lock applies it to all items in the draft order (including newly added ones).

⚠️ Note: Price locks aren’t supported for product bundles.
